The Amazing Connection Between Food and Productivity

Food. Energy. Productivity. There is a linear connection.

If you are constantly worn down, dragging, nodding off in the afternoon (or any time other than night time), and unmotivated, AND if you do not have some major ailment or disease, chances are good that your diet is bad.  Fast foods, processed foods, sugar-filled foods… those all contribute to low energy. Thus, lower productivity. And of course, bad health.
