Completed, but not Done. Results After 30 Days

That’s it? It’s over? Well, that wasn’t bad at all. Seriously. If you feel you need to get back on the healthy path, and/or you reached the point of being absolutely pissed at yourself for letting your health and appearance get sloppy, just take the first step and do this program. You will be so glad you did.

Here are my results after 30 days.

Weight: Down two more pounds for 12 total. My goal was 20, which I guess was a bit ambitious. As I mentioned before, I was very diligent about getting to the gym six days a week, and doing weights every other day, and I know I added and firmed up muscle.

Inches: Down another half inch around the middle, for 5 1/2 total. What is such a great feeling is knowing that excess ugly mass has been reduced. I feel it in my clothes, and I see it. Others have commented as well. And that is a great feeling! I have more to go, and what’s cool is when you show results, that is a motivator to keep going.

Energy, Focus and Clarity, Aches and Pains:  Again, the biggest difference was the first week when the toxins are being eliminated. After that, it just continued and even got better. I feel as good as I did in my twenties. Although that was a long time ago. OK, I feel like someone in their 20’s probably feels. If they are in shape.

I did take Before and After photos. Although I’m not sharing them here (perhaps after next month I’ll show the progression), I can tell you the difference is remarkable.

So, what’s next?  I’m motivated to continue. I’ve completed the 30-Days to Healthy Living, but I’m not done with the healthy living. I’m going to get rid of those next eight pounds where I fell short of my 20-pound goals. And from there, I’ll evaluate and probably keep going. It has been a long while since I was under 200, and I’m not sure that would be the best thing for me since I’m definitely carrying more muscle than I had when I was last at that weight. We’ll see.

Also, I’m planning on having my blood work done after the next 30 days. Really interested to see the new results and how much things have improved. The cosmetic part of losing weight is great, but what really is important is what’s going on on the inside.

As for what I’ll change moving forward. Well, I have not had a beer since the day after Christmas, and my plan is to continue that until a group of buddies come visit for our annual baseball Spring Training boy’s weekend in the middle of March. In the meantime I’ll enjoy a glass of wine with dinner every few days. I probably will have a slice of pizza soon, which I’ve not had in a while. And I’ll ease in a cup of coffee in the morning. I used to be a straight-black coffee man. No frou-frou additives that is seems like everyone in front of me at Starbucks gets. However, recently I have adapted a version of the Bulletproof coffee. I use organic dark coffee, a bit of Kerry Gold butter (from grass-fed cows), and organic coconut oil. (You can look up the health benefits of this).

Otherwise, I’m going to keep on, keeping on. Join me. A new Facebook group starts the first and third Monday of each month. Do not wait. You will be so glad you did, as will those who love you. This 30-Day program is life-changing. Watch my initial videos. Watch the webinar we did with a doctorGet started here.
