Day Eight: So What’s for Dinner?

I had a question from a friend who wants to do the program but just hasn’t pulled the trigger yet. He said he’d like to see examples of recipes and the foods that you actually get to eat.


The Facebook group gives lists each week. As you’ll see, eating clean and healthy is not extreme, and it’s yummy! Here they are for the first two weeks.











And there are full accompanying recipes with each one. I tend to freelance and create my own healthy dishes (as I’ve outlined in other posts, and will have a video of one next week). But I am taking one from the program and making it tonight. It looks delicious!
